Why the republic of Texas?

There is a massive awakening to truth going on in the world today isn't there?

We can see it in cities all across the North American continent with the OWS demonstrations. But as with the Tea party, which really had something going until it was simply infiltrated and co-opted by the business as usual corpro-political machine, people seem to show up with signs trying to protest everything at once. It leaves them with no clear and concise message to spark people into some kind of action universally. It comes across like Mr. Mackey from South Park. "Corporations are bad, m'kay?"

That kind of thinking is just not good enough. We know that business corporations run their businesses in a ruthless fashion to bring all of us good little consumer piggies our products at the least cost to us while maximizing profits for their investors by any means. We learned all about that in The Corporation Movie (www.thecorporation.com) didn't we? But there is another kind of corporation out there. It is the government corporation. Locally they call it a municipal corporation, but it's really just the same thing on a different scale. It is a registered for profit corporation, just like J.P. Morgon, Wal-Mart, or BoA.

Now, before you go getting all angry about it and start forming friendly neighborhood lynch mobs let me back up and tell you that the people responsible for doing away with the republican form of government are already dead. It was done by the Act of 1871 signed of Feb. 24th of that year. The republic form of government was replaced with a CEO and a board of directors. The judges became administrators of the by-laws of the corporation, known as the United States Code. Before I go any further you should probably watch this video that explains all of this and much more, delivered with all of the pain and passion that mere words on a page cannot relate here.

Now if you can get your head around what this dear lady is trying to tell you, let me express to you that this is exactly what we discovered in the republic of Texas in 1995. And here is the part that is unique to Texas, under international law it requires a treaty to annex a foreign nation peacefully. Thanks to over a hundred years of revisionist history, we are all taught that Texas was annexed by treaty. But if you go to the National archives in Washignton, D.C., they will proudly pull out the treaty document for your perusal, but upon close inspection of the document you find that there are NO signatures on the bottom of it! That's because the US Senate shot it down on three separate occasions because of Texian demands for money to pay their debts. Remember how we were also taught in school that Texas would retain control of all of its land in lieu of monies upon annexation? Then they turned around in 1850 and "sold" off a bunch of it to the US so that we could pay our debts.

Read for yourself the The Complete debates of the US 28th Congress Second Session from The Congressional Globe archived in the Library of Congress. They knew they were acting outside their authority in fraud, but did it anyway in the name of "Manifest Destiny!"

All of the above is void for fraud my friends. Want to know why? Because if you read our article NO NEED TO SECEDE by Ed Branum you will plainly see that the alleged Convention of 1845 was nothing more than a bunch of unelected nobodies, most of whom were not even from Texas, that just got together and declared Texas a corporation and a state of the US. Sure there was a dubias vote held, but the number of voters was not nearly that which had turned out for the last general election for the republic held the year before. Quite frankly we do not know how the people inhabiting the offices of de jure government in Texas were persuaded to walk off the job. However, it was probably the idea which had infected Texas as well as the rest of the Anglo people on the North American continent at the time: Manifest Destiny. The idea that God wanted there to be a united states from sea to shining sea. People really believed and were behind such an idea at the time. People dedicated their lives and died for such a thing.

The Smoking Gun

TX GLO

But here in Texas, they messed up. Through the corporate greed mentality, they left the skeleton crew of a republic of Texas government in the form of The General Land Office (GLO) of the republic of Texas, while going on with the corporate fiction business of the "State" of Texas. There are only two GLO's on the North American continent: 1. The one in Austin described above, and 2. One in Washington, D.C. for the rest of the United States. Think about that for a minute and really sink in. Go ahead and google the Texas GLO while you are thinking and notice that the seal of the GLO is still the same one from the republic of Texas from 1836.

So you see, there never was a lawful annexation of Texas. It was purely an act of fraud. It is a maxim of law that there is no statute of limitation on fraud. Everything that comes from an act of fraud (THE STATE OF TEXAS corporation) is null and void. It has been exactly proper for the people of Texas to restore their de jure republic form of government, which was done in 2005. We are real everyday people like you, from almost every walk of life, and we are occupying the offices of our government.

But it is an enormous task to organize properly so that "bad apples" don't ruin it and turn it back into a contemptible pile of corruption. It is an enormous task just to organize it period. We are trying our best to be ready for the day that the corporate government simply goes away due to the utter collapse of their fiat currency. We have to be ready to assume responsibility for making sure that everyone gets to keep their jobs and to keep basic services (fire, police, water, etc.) operating under common law when this transition occurs. People will need to start getting paid in gold, silver, and copper currency so that we may reorganize business to comply with common law. There is no taxation of the individual in the republic of Texas, so we see in the future that the people will be able to provide for their own retirement as they see fit. What about welfare you say? Well we have a strictly hands off policy in regards to churches in the republic, so we believe that all charity should be handled by churches, they just do a better job of organizing it anyway, and less if any stealing at all goes on in churches because people get nervous about stealing from God.

The point is, we need your help. It is a truism that all political power resides in the people. It has proven so time after time throughout history. A minority of people may be able oppress and subvert a sleeping population. But when the problem at hand is clearly seen by all, people pull together. We saw that here in Texas in the recent wildfires that devastated the Bastrop area. A few moms got together on facebook and started organizing a relief and support system for providing a hot meal and a shower for the brave firefighters from all over that came to fight the fires. Donations started pouring in from all over. Before you knew it they had so much overflow of everything you could think of that they had a basic commissary set up for the firefighters, they had everything from candy and bottled water to cigarettes for those guys. That's the point that FEMA shows up to "take control" of the situation. They saw how much more efficiently these mom's had set things up, so of course they had to point out that this was now a government controlled operation and as such, amongst other things, those cigs would just have to go. Here is an excerpt from the news story about it, source unknown at this time:

"FEMA came in and told those volunteers and Kenna that they had to leave, FEMA was here now. Kenna told them she worked for the firefighters, not them. They were obnoxious, bossy, got in the way, and criticized everything. The volunteers refused to back down and kept doing their job, and doing it well. Next FEMA said the HEB supplies and kitchen had to go, that was blatant commercialism. Kenna said they stayed. They stayed. FEMA threw a wall eyed fit about chewing tobacco and cigarettes being available in the commissary area. Kenna told them the firefighters had requested it, and it was staying. It stayed. FEMA got very nasty and kept asking what organization these volunteers belonged to- and all the volunteers told them Our community. FEMA didn't like that and demanded they make up a name for themselves. One mother remarked They got me at my boiling point! and suddenly the group was 212 Degrees. FEMA's contribution? They came in the next day with red shirts embroidered with 212 Degrees, insisting the volunteers had to be identified, never realizing it was a slap in their face. Your tax dollars at work- labeling volunteers with useless shirts and getting in the way."

Can you blame them for getting to their boiling point? Are you at your boiling point yet over stupid corpro-governance? Watch this interesting little piece of mainstream media and ask yourself, couldn't you do a better job than this? Which is more scary, the fact that the legislators are voting for the absentees, or that there are so many of these corpro-scumbag politicians who don't even show up to vote?

To summarize and conclude, all our lives the moral principles of Wall Street have been applied to government that has to deal with real people and their problems. The results seem clear, under such conditions government becomes like a snake eating its own tail. The circle isn't sound, the center doesn't stand. The answer is clear, a return to a de jure republic government, sound money principles based on value for value trade, and real people like you getting involved in your own governance. It does not matter what skills or knowledge you bring to the table. If you have a degree in something you can't find a job in, you have particular knowledge that the rest of us do not, put it to use. If you have a hobby like ham radio, we need your expertise. Even if you are just a good old country boy that can tell a city slicker the difference between a donkey, a mule, and an ass, then we really need you when we do away with the genetically modified everything in agri-business. Here in the republic of Texas, we have a plan for transition from corporate government to a de jure one. There will not be some vast sucking sound in the vacuum left behind by corpro- government. We, like the mom's of the 212 Degrees, volunteer to support Our Community, known as the republic of Texas. We dedicate ourselves to being our brother's keeper in this matter till our fellow Texians can be roused and awakened to the standard of our Constitution, and the hard work of being responsible for ourselves, our community, and our nation.

Humbly Submitted To The People of Texas,
Robertson County Representative Will Sprayberry,
Speaker Pro-Tem for The House of the 16th Congress
